“The 26 panels arrived to the correct specification and on time. The delivery slot was specified to within an hour for next day delivery and the actual delivery was in that time. This was excellent. The delivery driver was on a tight schedule and could not take the panels to the required room but simply off loaded from the lorry, so it is important to have people on hand at the delivery site.”
