“Panels are good quality and easy to work with. Cut the foam to length with a Stanley and then trimmed the batons with a multi tool. Panels then mounted to a solid wall with plugs and black dry wall screws. Item was on back order but kept updated throughout and chose a suitable delivery date. The install went very well. Very tricky, cutting the angles on this particular purchase, but I used a handsaw throughout and a laser guide which really helped.
For something like this, I personally suggest putting it up temporarily, get it in position and cut nicely held with a few screws. Make all your markings, then drill all the finalising screws accordingly .
Take everything down again and drill everything you need into the wall itself. get it all nicely finished and then complete by putting back the acoustic panelling. Job done...”
