“Found the tiles I liked on line. Made a call to confirm they were in stock. Wonderfully helpful young lady took my call & was very helpful.
Made the order on line - had confirmation straight away & realised I’d ordered the wrong colour!!! Sheer panic and another phone call. Again a wonderful helpful young lady who said no worries I can swap them for you. Which she did another confirmation order was sent and a huge sigh of relief on my part.
Delivery note was sent and I had a wonderful woman (Liz) make the delivery on the given day.
