Issues with items out of stock, never delivering and bad customer service. So after using Walls & Floors in the past and receiving high quality products, decided to pay the (ever so) slightly higher price but it was so worth it - lots of stock choices, items arrived 48 hours later, delivery company they use were really communicative and friendly, and the panels are gorgeous. Worth every penny.”
