Hi David, I am sorry to see that you are unhappy with the quality of these. These are our 'Lite' panel which are a flexible and more cost effective option. “The panels are very easy to fit, align perfectly and look stunning. Use on our feature lounge wall. As they are fibrous these seem to a warmed up the room as fitted to an external wall, no thermal values are quoted.”
