One box was broken, but the customer service department was out of this world getting the problem sorted the same day. We definitely be using them again for any tiles, patio slabs and fence. May even buy a wall panel!”

“Nice looking tile. Easy to order sample and also see them in showroom. Helpful showroom staff. Not the cheapest supplier but they may have priced matched but it was only about a £1 a tile so didn’t bother with the back and forth as small order size. Plus these were easier for me to collect and good service in showroom. Shame they hold no stock there so can’t collect at the time.
Online calculator and staff on phone when ordered not the best as needed to go back for 4 more tiles when laid out. It doesn’t account for more waste due to the pattern needed to line up on these tiles. I should have paid more attention but ordered in hurry. Length and width calculator rather than overall sqm would sort this. Happy with service and tiles overall. Would buy from them again. I had one chipped tile, damage to the face but only part laid so far as doing cupboard and then a WC. Worked around that with a cut and have gone 10% over in order. Hopefully no more damaged as project progresses.”
