“Tiles were better quality than expected for the price, fantastic customer service, even the out of house courier service, were amazing, saw I was a wheelchair user and put pallet under my window, fantastic service and will be using again soon when I do a big tiling job in the kitchen.”

“Please do not buy! Tiles were VERY irregular, with no two tiles identical in size. The surface of the tiles is not flat and the border absolutely appalling in terms of irregularities. It took our tiler a lot of extra work to try to cover up the mess, and still our walls look irregular (tiler did a great job in other areas, and has clearly shown us the evident issues with the tiles, so definitely not his fault). Unfortunately we realised all to late to get different tiles, but would have very happily thrown these away and lost the money. Can't believe these are on the market”

“Why I am writtin this review is because, Josh who answered the phone and helped me to get the tiles I was looking for did with GENUINE good old fashioned service and a smile which you can hear in a persons voice and attitude when they talk to you on the phone. He made suggestions without about other colours of tiles because he was listening to everything I was saying about the other colours in the tiles of my bathroom. He delivered on service which is as much down to not only Josh but obviously to others in the company and how they efficientely opperate which on could only say and give CREDIT to the company because, again obviously, they INVEST CARE in their staff and their customers, which enables me to express my as seen up above. Just to put this into prospecitive, the DAVID LLOYD health and fitness centre (group) are the total oppsite, they never invest in the staff and treat us the paying clients without any service or care. They will drop/stop or hange the times of classes without any considderaton at all to us the client, and they do it all the time, it isquite common ractic. When complaints are made by us the client to management, we are treated with complet destain. >>>> So WELL DONE TO”
