No quibble, one phone call and a short form to complete with photo evidence, got me a replacement delivery. 2 packeges this time, again well wrapped amd a different delivery company.
3 survived this time!! I am not going to report as I will try and manage with all the cumulative bit I have. They are a great company and its just a pity delivery services do not respect the FRAGILE notice across the packages”
