“We found a panel we really liked at another retailer so when we got home we searched on the internet and came across walls and floors. They stocked the same product and it was half the price. We ordered 4 panels but on the day only 3 turned up as the 4th was damage. So contacted walls and floor who replied very promptly and with out hesitation Lucy at walls and floors arranged for the replacement panel to be delivered at a convenient time for us, and low and behold the replacement turned up on the day arranged and undamaged. Great service and great product the customer service adviser Lucy was also great kept us updated and arranged everything fantastic customer service.”
