Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the Trepanel Aqua® PVC Shower Wall Panel and that it did not meet your expectations.
Regarding the plastic film, we’d like to clarify that our PVC Shower Wall Panels do not have a protective film. It’s possible that there was some misunderstanding or that something appeared to be a film, but we can assure you that no such layer is intended to be part of the product. We regret any confusion this may have caused during your unboxing.
We also understand how frustrating it must have been for the edge of the product to snap during the cutting process. We are always happy to offer technical help if you are facing any difficulties whilst installing any of our products. For these panels, we recommend the use of a fine tooth hand saw.

“Nice finish, good quality and great value. A couple of panels arrived with damage to the edges, but I was able to work around this using the damaged panels for the corner cuts. Walls and floors refunded 50% of the cost of the damaged panels promptly when I sent pictures, really good customer service.”
