“The product itself was great & looks fantastic now its been installed in my bathroom. Although considering the all panels are 100cm width x 240cm long, my first order arrived with only one delivery driver who refused to help me take the panels up the stairs i had to wait for my builder to help me later in the afternoon so they were left in the communal hallway all day - Driver said he requested a 2-man service but they didn't arrive! The second order arrived with 2 men who brought the 2 panels up the stairs but when i checked them one was split. Luckily consultant agent Josh was great and helped me navigate a request for a free replacement to arrive when my builder returned a few days later & expediated the delivery when a different agent had made an error with the specified AM delivery time which would have delayed the installation again. A big thanks to Josh for sorting this out he was very proffessional and accomodating with my complaint.”

“Ordered 3 " free " samples of the Shower Wall Panels , in different colours / designs as it's Very difficult in store or online to actually picture them in place in your home.
Found the Samples very helpful , good sized samples to enable you to envisage the whole panel in place and to decide if you actually like the Pattern / design / colour .
It made myself and my Hubby realise that we need to keep looking and we need to change our vision on colour !!!!!”
