“The worse experience I've had buying online, ordered three panels - all damaged, the dleviery driver said we are a provate company and you need to take it up with the supplier. I did this, completed their form via a QR code - no email acknowledgement. I then called, sent the exact same link and advised that if I completed it prior to 3pm then then replacements would be sent out for next day delivery, I completed this by 1.30pm. No acknowledgement of the form being received, I've since emailed and nothing.
The frustrating part - these were clearly damaged prior to dispatch as perfectly taped up in exactly the same area on all three panels - looks like where they were ratchet strapped to a palet.
Terrible levels of communication and still no further forwards.”
