For me, a company is only as good and trustworthy as its customer service. I personally don't mind when there are issues, or if a product is not what you wanted etc but when companies do that and are then unwilling to help those are th ones to keep away from.
My order arrived bashed up by DPD, within a few hours Ayesha had gave me options to choose from and solved my problem.
