Damages can happen during transit as tiles are fragile.
Goods will not be sent damaged from our warehouse, We always offer replacements for any damaged tiles that you may receive, however, I cannot see that we have been made aware of this.

“These tiles are beautiful and the service from Walls and Floors has been excellent. However, I am now concerned as moving the white goods back in to the kitchen has left scuff marks on the tiles. I expected the tiles to be much more robust - they are floor tiles - so am now having to work on trying to get rid of the scuffs which isn't proving easy. Please be aware of this as kitchen floor tiles are likely to have more activity taking place on them - I haven't even started using the kitchen yet.”
