“Great product but delivery was not good. We selected a Wednesday for delivery, on Wednesday got an email saying we would get delivery on Thursday and on Thursday were told it was put on the wrong lorry and that we would get it Friday. On Friday we were given a window of 11:30-13:30, at 12:00 we were told it would be within the hour and then it arrived at 14:00. This forced us to work through our weekend to get everything ready for our business to reopen on time.”
