“Tiles look wonderful but many of them have little cracks, looks like factory defects. Also, the surface absorbs stains so easily that it's extremely difficult to clean these tiles (or even impossible to clean). After we did the grout, we are left with black stains that do not come off with any cleaning solutions. I want to say that grout wasn't left for long, was cleaned straight away, tiles were layed down by a builder with 20 years experience so... not very happy. We did full hose renovation and none of the tiles we bought created these kind of problems.”

“I bought most of my tiles back in April and only managed to get them laid recently due to a few home events. I had to order another box in order to finish to the floor and the tiler today turned round and said the new box of tiles were 2mm smaller than the original ones! This has resulted in him having to make good the pattern line up on the floor and use a tad more grout to try and even out the deficit in size. This is in addition to having one box delayed in in delivery as they were cracked in the depo. So initially I was pleased with everything but this delivery delay and now smaller sized tiles has really annoyed me. Paying a fortune for a top end timer to make my bathroom look ace and the tiles aren’t even consistent!”

I am really sorry to hear this, When tiles are manufactured, they are made in batches. Between batches, there can be difference in shade, like wallpaper and also size due to the rate in which the tiles cool down after they are fired. Unfortunately, this has occurred as there is quite some time between your two orders.

“Nice old fashioned tiles, theses are a matt finish so they do take a bit of scrubbing to get any marks off, there's also a lot of glue stuck to them, but overall I've given top marks for the look, we chose to use black grout which wasn't the best choice”
“I love how those tiles transform our hallway, they are looking so beautiful. Only one bad side is , they are hard to clean after grouting even if you apply protector before.”
“Nice tiles that create a lovely effect when laid. Only issue I had is that the pattern is printed slightly off centre on some of the tiles. Not something I was expecting and unfortunately only noticed after most had been put down. I would recommend them but extra care should be taken because of this.”
