The glaze seems to be cracking and there are also some hairline cracks appearing.
These were installed by a very professional tiler, this is just one small ensuite, he also has done 2 other tiling projects for me with different tiles and we don't have any problems with those tiles or his work.”

“The Ledbury tiles are very nice and look good when down...as for Walls and Floors what a nightmare. I purchased 16m3 of tiles which I think was 6 boxes and 4 loose tiles, when my tiler can to install he found one of the loose tiles to be a different shade and when he got down to the last pack found a broken tile. I reported these and they agreed to replace the tile that was a different shade but not the broken one as I'd not informed them within 48hrs of the delivery. I agreed to purchase the extra tile as I needed it finished but when we received the two replacements one had chips all around the edges, on reporting this immediately they agreed to send another which did not turn up so I had to get in contact again for them to send another which arrived today 11th Jan. I first contacted them on the 16th of Dec and I'm only now able to get the tiler back to finish, I understand there was a Christmas holiday but the replacement for the chipped tile was sent out for delivery on the 28th of Dec. It's nearly 4 weeks since we found the issue now we have to wait for the tiler's next availability, I think next time I'll use a tile shop at least I can go and collect replacements”

I am sorry to hear this, our free cut samples are 10x10cm which can be difficult when the tile is patterned.
We do have the option to purchase a full-size sample if that helps, this would be one full-size tile and we also offer free delivery on these too.
