“The product and communication service is really good, the packaging and delivery service is very poor. I have received broken tiles now on at least seven or eight different deliveries over three orders. It has cost me an additional £100 in labour as my tilers have had to come back on an additional day not priced for. I have asked for a £100 refund from walls and floors but up to today I have not been contacted on this issue.
