“We were really pleased with our new tiles. However we discovered on opening the boxes that there were several tiles (15) broken at the corners in both boxes. They had obviously been dropped on the corners of the boxes. Wall and Floor tiles were really helpful and advised me to submit a claim form with photographic evidence of the tiles. They have now been replaced. We received a great service from Walks and Tiles and were kept informed every step of the way.”
