“Tiles are good but the service wasn’t great. There was a hidden delivery charge because I don’t live next door to the shop, and then the tiles arrived unannounced on a different day to the one I had requested. They were left on the street and I was late for work because I had to lift them in as I was trying to leave the house. Customer service blamed courier, courier blamed distributor. Useless.”
