“On entering the showroom, we already had a good idea of what we wanted and it didn't take long for the wife and I to agree. Ordering at the counter and arranging the delivery was problem free and only took a few minutes. Delivery was as scheduled with the delivery partner contacting us on the morning of the delivery with a 2 hour time slot and again 10 minutes or so before arriving. One box had two damaged tiles which were reported immediately and replacements arranged. All in all a problem free experience.”
