“The tiles look nice and I was told that they are good quality, however these tiles are not grey and are in fact off white. I panicked when they arrived and the delivery slip called them Blanco white, but when I called I was told this was the manufacturers name for the tiles and walls and floors just rename them. However then getting them out and laying next to the grey patterned tiles I had bought they are very clearly white tiles.
The lesson I have learned is the internet lies - the dark brown path tiles I had bought (from a different website) were in fact murky beige and the fence paint is chocolate brown and not what I imagined forest oak to look like (nor what was pictured) We live and learn and I will have to adapt to my white patio!”
