There was a delay following my order which lead to me having to reorganise workmen.
I received two emails from your sales department encouraging me to order tiles -whe I had already put an order in!
The delivery of the tiles, unbeknown to me, only delivered to pavement. I am 70 years old and it was necessary to move them for the safety of pedestrians (the pallet took about 2/3s of the pavement) and to remove the possibility of theft. I struggled using a wheeled dolly until a passing gentleman offered to help as he didn't want to see me struggle.
So - the tiles are lovely but your service wasn't.”
“Very good quality product. I ordered to match tile used previously in my bathroom build due to wear and tear. With this company I was able to order the small amount of tiles to fix my issues. The delivery was quick. After an initial issue with some damaged tiles I spoke with Misbah at the customer services team who very efficiently dealt with my problem and resolved this issues with replacement products within a few days. Will definitely be using again in the future.”
