“I have been very happy with the product. HOWEVER the delivery was very poor. Our delivery driver call us 30minutes before delivery to state that he was going to be unable to get access to our address because he was driving an 18 ton lorry. This was despite informing Walls & Floors on order that we lived down a 1 mile single carriageway lane. The driver then stated that if we wanted them today we would have to meet him on the main A road where he could unload. It would then be down to us to transport to our address. We managed to find a suitable place where he took the pallet off the lorry and put it behind our trailer. He then left. We had to unpack and pack into our trailer and car before driving home. All of this in heavy rain. When I informed Walls & Floors their response was that they would inform their manager and see what went wrong. Nothing heard from them yet.”

Tiles look to be exactly what I wanted, price was fantastic as on sale, the price of delivery at £60 was not great but if they are using in-house delivery rather than courier it’s understandable - could a courier be an option? I am in Scotland but low down so wouldn’t usually have surcharges ♀️
Had to ring customer service prior to ordering as I had a question and they were very friendly and helpful.
Will definately be ordering other items as already spotted some I’d like, wish I’d thought about it before as could have combined delivery costs!”

“These tiles are great, they look like wood, they feel like wood but they are better than wood because they are water proof!! We all know what happens to wood when it gets wet, it rots! But these Rustic Oak Wood Effect Ceramic floor tiles will last forever! They don’t mind your muddy boots or rainwater dripping from your coat, they are waterproof and non slip!! And they are really good value for money!! What more could you want?”
