“The reason for my one star review is because it was not delivered despite them assuring me that it would be on the specified date and I received no notification to the contrary and waited in for the entire 14 hours! I was then forced to cancel the order because as I had to go away before the next delivery date offered. But the fact that I received this email to leave a review after cancelling the order is frankly unbelievable and makes me feel that one star is too generous!”

“Ordered 2 sample tiles. Website easy to use and order, choose the one we wanted and arrived within 2 days. Pallet tracking and delivery kept upto date and time slot given. Went incredibly smooth and all arrived safe. Tiles are thick and heavy and excellent quality. Not been laid yet but know won't be any issues. Very happy”
