“So a few things about this transaction... this thermostat was a replacement for one that quit working after our house was hit by lightning. It was replaced for free. I did not expect lightning to be covered under warranty. Also, when it arrived I did not realize that the wiring had changed. I called support at 5:30 on a Friday night and he very patiently understood that things had changed from before and how to wire it now. That support experience is great and is the 3rd or 4th time they have gone above and beyond in the past with various projects I have done.”

“We replaced the thermostat and got our heated floor system going again. It was very easy to change and to program. We love our heated floor and can't believe we did without it for a while. The whole basement feels very nice and our dog is really happy! Thank you WarmlyYours for your excellent customer service and product choices!”
