“I needed a new thermostat for my heated floors in the kitchen. They helped me pick out the one I needed and even gave me a discounted price. Shipping was not real fast, but once I received it, the installation was a breeze and my floors are warm again. Customer service also followed up on the order a couple of times to make sure I was satisfied, which was impressive.”
