“The watch itself is great value for money, but the watch band is very ordinary, if Casio reads these reviews, than get rid of the double hook up clasps and go back to single hook ups.
All my other Casio G - Shock watches came with a single hook up clasps, I don't know why you change things that aren't broken, or is it the price!!.
Because these bands on the two new watches I just bought are very ordinary and look and feel cheap, where my other G - Shock watches I have purchased over the years, the bands felt softer and felt great on the wrist where's the new bands are hard feeling and dig in and are very uncomfortable to wear.
Please I would rather pay the extra few dollars for a comfortable watch band than put up with these hard cheap, knock offs and because of this I have to go to the jewellers and get the bands changed at my expense which should never had to happen if you didn't change the band styles and compound.
Another issue I have is your packaging that the watches are presented to the customer, one watch came in a tin and the other came in a white, I don't know what you call it, but it's very unprofessional on Casio part, presentation is one of the main ingredients of a sale.
I didn't know until I returned home and opened my sealed package from the seller and saw what the watches came in, I immediately contacted the seller and was informed that's how they came from the manufacturer, ie; Casio.
If I didn't need these watches, I would have returned them for a refund.
As I said earlier the watches are value for money, but when you have to replace the band from new and if you wanted to use them as a present, then your out more expense for a gift box as you cannot use this cheap white thing the watch came in.”
