“During the Black Friday sales, Watch Direct advertised this watch at way below other retailer's sale price & a further discount was offered due to first time purchase. I thought, probably too good to be true, based on some of the slightly negative reviews online, but I bit the bullet, crosser my fingers & didn't have high expectations however within a week it arrived & it is perfect, exactly as it should be, works great, is genuine & if it's still working in 5 years I'll be over the moon. Have not needed to deal with customer service dept so can't relate to other people's negative reviews, can only go on my own personal experience & that has been very good.”
