But with Swiss and their high prices you expect top notch quality control. Instead the inside of the glass was not clean with a spot. For a hundred dollar clock you might say ok but not for a much more expensive one.
Now have the hassle of sending it back for a replacement which given I am time poor is a hassle that I might as well ignore and put up with a less than optimal clock.
I ordered the larger 40cm one a few weeks earlier and quality was top class.
Just goes to show much vaulted Swiss quality control is not there so no hurdles and hassles which is not why I brought an expensive wall clock that you never need to adjust the time as it reset to an international time clock on the internet.”
