“The watch is beautiful. Our only complaint is that when my now husband opened it the night before our wedding (it was purchased as a wedding gift for him specifically to wear at the wedding) the battery was dead. When they posted the watch to us, they had screwed in the side winder instead of the recipient doing so. He had to go to a store the day of the wedding in order to have the battery replaced.”
