“I never received the watch I ordered. A very disappointing experience with the warehouse sending me the incorrect order twice. I have accepted a lesser watch than what I ordered due to this being a gift and time running out after all the stuff ups. I’m not happy with the purchase. I will say that I was provided good and polite customer service from Andrew , although the warehouse has truly let your organisation down. Andrew has offered me a discount if I purchase again but I won’t be returning”
