With the SNE498J you get the restrained bling of the gold tones at various points on the casing and strap, plus the delightful Tuna sizing, a venerable solar movement and ISO-standard dive-watch robustness. The hands and indices are lovely, and the lume is extraordinary. You might prefer a stainless steel bracelet (such as that found on the SNE497J) but the silicone strap offered here is high quality and complete the overall look nicely. Drilled lugs will assist strap-changing. The solar movement's battery can be expected to last for around ten years (and really shouldn't be particuarly difficult or expensive to replace.) In the meantime, you can be confident of having 200 metres of water resistance for an attractive watch which you can rely on.”
