“Couldn’t be happier with this watch. I wanted something robust I could wear everyday. I’ve always been a fan of Seiko for years, and think their value for money is second to none. There are a lot of new watch brands about at the moment which I’ve looked at - Nixon, Skagen, Daniel Wellington. These aren’t really watches for everyday, they’re more fashion accessories, and the quality of the items reflects that: alignment is generally off, and the finish on the faces are poor and cheap (cheap posing as minimalism). The 5 is a different story: the bracelet is solid, resizing was easy as wink, the bezel and face are even more attractive in real life. My particular model runs about 2 seconds fast per day — which makes resetting it nice and easy. Delivery, while not quick, was no fault of Watch Direct, which dispatched the watch the next day.”
