“I bought this watch 2 weeks ago now, granted it is obviously during covid 19, but I paid extra for 7-14 day shipping and not only have I not received my watch but the tracking has not been updated for 9 days and no one from watches.com has even bothered to contact me, I contacted them and I got a generic response. It’s pretty poor given the price of this watch that they are just willing to let you hang in limbo. No one seems to know where my watch is right now and that’s a bit concerning.”

“Ordered a watch that I’ve always wanted. Watch normally retailed for around $800. Watch arrived, doesn’t work. Contacted customer service and burned another 4 days or so being told I needed to provide “more details” as to why it doesn’t work. What am I supposed to do, open the watch and void the warranty? So I kept insisting that I didn’t know the exact reason, but only that it doesn’t work. Finally got instructions to send back. Tracking shows it has been delivered, still no confirmation or acknowledgment on their end. Now after waiting for the order to arrive, then waiting for instructions to resolve issue, I am waiting for the watch again.”

“Very pleased with this purchase and the brilliant service. Everyone was super helpful and informative. Bit concerned as I was ordering from the U.K.and the fact it wasn’t available in the U.K but the whole experience was seamless. “The Nixon Magnacon Elite Chronograph is a stylish, beefy, well built feeling watch. While large, it doesn't feel too heavy or bulky on my wrist. The dial is clean an understated with all of the features you'd expect in this type of watch. My only small gripe is that the retaining loop on the band is a bit clunky and slips off the end of the band very often.”

“I already owned a Nixon Magnacon Elite Chronograph in black & yellow colors, and I really felt black and red were an easier to wear combination... so I had to buy this one as well. the cool thing is that this one has a leather & fabric bracelet so both watches look pretty different in the end. a must !”

“The movement Swiss Isa 8172 is a cheap swiss movement used in most watches made in Japan,but say swiss made,This watch is not worth $200.people if you dont know nothing about watches or their movements ,how about finding out infi first before you buy.”
