“Hi All, Got my Xeric Halograph II Automatic today, open the box and amazed me right away, I really like they give an actual traveling case, so I can really use it, not just a big square box taking up space in my closet. Buying this watch because it has a fun way to tell time, nice blue dial, Super-LumiNova™ halo hands and numbers, Miyota 82S7 automatic movement. First impressions, deep blue dial as expected, but it's even more beautiful in person, love how the light plays with the dial, case size 46.2mm, thickness 14.1mm, no lugs, have a strap size of 22mm, sapphire crystal, 316L stainless steel case, very crisp printing on the dial, detailed painting on the hands, applied Xeric logo, running seconds indicator, day/night indicator, open heart, engraved case back with a small display window, American full-grain leather with quick release straps, weight in at 108.8g, fit my 7-1/2 inch wrist nicely, feels similar weight like my Tissot Valjoux 7750 chronograph, but feels lighter than my Seiko FlightMaster. My thoughts on this watch, the biggest selling point of this watch is how it tells time, definitely needs time to get used to it, I can't take a quick glance and know the time, at least for now, need 3 seconds to find where are the hands are located and read the time, maybe I'll get used to it. Super-LumiNova™ halo hands and numbers, very disappointed, if I didn't charge it up under the sun or a very strong light source, I can only see four very dim circles, no numbers are visible, for sure it's very hard to tell the time, the nice lum shot they have in their videos is not real, for the lum shot I took, I need to extend the exposure time to 1 second on my iPhone and charge it with a 1500 lumens flashlight for 30 seconds to able to let it shows nicely on the photo, but still seems dim at the naked eye, definitely no comparison to Seiko lum, maybe I got a defective unit? Day/night indicator, running seconds indicator and open heart, the day/night indicator window are a little bit too small for my own opinion, same as the running seconds indicator, need to use the open heart window to really see what is going on, open heart is a nice thing to see, but an unrefined Miyota movement is not really appealing, the back side of the balance wheel are more beautiful, again, for my own opinion. Final thoughts, for the price, I think it's a very affordable conversation piece, comes with a lot of different colors, I love blue so I picked this one up, price varies with the color, some comes with lum some don't, the soft leather straps wears comfortably, the only thing I hope Xeric to improve is the lum, or I really love this watch. I'm a bit perfectionist and i had a couple of scratches that didn't like (factory issues) and the customer support team helped me out and without hassle, they send me a new and fully verified unit. I must say that i was almost at the point of requesting a refund but one thing is crucial when buying a product and they scored on it: Customer Service! Regarding the watch itself, the desing is awesome, luminova works flawless and the leather band is very classy. Just as my 5 cents for the ones that are willing to buy the watch or have bought it already, there is an assembly separation on top of the watch case, just below the blue lace that surounds the watch. It is a factory component and it is not a Flaw or production issue. it´s just that because of the watch desing (top bottom assembly) there is no other way of assembly.”

“This thing is awesome. I love the size, the weight, the giant dome, all of it. Obviously it takes a couple days of wearing to seamlessly tell the time, but it's worth it. This watch is gorgeous and attracts a lot of attention. I'm even considering getting another one before they're gone since I much prefer this over the halograph 2!”
