“Ordering and delivery were fast and easy. The ability to customize the look of the watch is unique and makes the process more engaging. Undone could use a better selection of bands. Their trademark accent stitches (strings?) on the leather bands actually look kind of cheap and don't look like they will wear well. They could use a richer looking, more classic leather band. The ease of changing bands is a good feature. The watch itself is nice with a look that blends traditional and contemporary. The chronograph dials are printed on the same surface as the primary face so it doesn't have the depth of more traditional or higher end watches.”

“The watch I purchased had a defect on face. We reached out to customer service and returned the watch, but haven't been updated on when new watch will ship. Will be happy to update rating once we receive new watch. Thanks !”
