“The Xeric Vendetta X is a clean, well finished, crisp, refined, that honors the history of the wandering hour, while infusing a futuristic, time traveler vibes. It’s definitely not a GADA, or Daily Driver. I think the Retronaut would be better suited for that task. The Vendetta X has a “haute horlogerie” soul, in a daringly unorthodox design. One of my friends said it was the ugliest watch he ever saw. My other friend thought it was crazy looking. I personally love the look. I bought it more as a collectors item, as wandering hours is my favorite complication. Since I’m planning to get a vintage AP Starwheel later this year for my birthday, it will be in good company. So if you care what people think, don’t get it. It’s very polarizing. If you love history, provenance, and horology, you may find it intriguing. I will only wear it on those days I’m feeling a certain type of way. You want to give your outfit a bit of thought beforehand if you do plan to wear this watch because of how “loud” it is, which does also make it a good watch to get conversations going. Just make sure you dress more neutrally, such as wearing all-black, with maybe one or 2 more accents. I would wear brown shoes as it will go well with the oxblood color of the watch. so the contrast lets the Vendetta X do the heavy lifting for your overall aesthetic.”

“A interesting and innovative design; wearing art on your wrist. The band is very comfortable and stylish. However, I would prefer a more traditional tan leather strap as opposed to the black futuristic band. That is the only change I see myself making. The watch itself sits well and draws attention. It is a conversation starter. Make no mistake it is not an everyday watch, more dressy and sophisticated.”
