“I called the company number listed on the site, and they sent me a new cap after the original one. It doesn't twist as much as the original one, but I like it better. 100% say I would get it again. This company is great! Would buy another bottle if this is the service I would get again!

“I love my water bottle but one of the teachers I work with knocked it off the counter. The bottle did not break but the bamboo cap did. I had to order another one and I hesitated because of the cost. With shipping and tax I paid $16.97. The only reason I bought another one was so that I could use my water bottle. I think that they are a little pricey with the tax and shipping.”
