I really appreciate the container/holder/sleeve that comes with the water bottle to keep the glass from slipping out of my hands. I purchased two purple bottles and they are lovely. My only regret is that I hadn’t purchased these years ago! I’ve been drinking from plastic containers for so long, but now I see (and taste) the difference with glass containers.”
“I love the glass & love the holder because it has a nice handle but the wooden lid leaks, it appears to be missing a plastic ring (other one has a ring & no leaking). Sent an email asking for replacement lid or ring. Update: Customer Service gave me point to replace my lid.”
