“The frosted glass bottles are a massive disappointment and a clear downgrade from the original. The so-called "glass" feels cheap and flimsy—more like low-quality plastic than actual glass. It's a far cry from the sturdy, premium feel of the original bottles. To make matters worse, the shape of the bottle has changed completely. The original rounded design was sleek, practical, and visually appealing, while this new version is clunky, awkward, and poorly thought out. It feels like there are dents throughout the bottle.
Adding insult to injury, the customer service experience was abysmal. It took an exhausting and unnecessarily long back-and-forth to even get a replacement, only to receive this inferior product. The process was frustrating, time-consuming, and left me feeling completely undervalued as a customer.
This replacement is nothing short of a disappointment in every way—poor quality, bad design, and terrible service. I wouldn’t recommend this product or the company to anyone. If you loved the original bottles, stay far away from these.”
