“It's a lovely cup, but didn't keep my hands cool while drinking my tea. In addition, I'm concerned about the strength of the materials. I moved the cup while doing dishes and it slipped out of my hand and fell maybe three inches into my sink, resulting in cracks throughout. While it stayed intact, I wouldn't drink out of it now and am using it as a drop holder instead. I thought borosilicate glass was supposed to be stronger than that. This glass was a replacement for the one in my Advent Calendar that was shattered upon arrival, and while I fully admit that dropping it was my fault, I would not have guessed that a fall from that height would cause that amount of damage. Maybe the glass needs to be thicker?”
