I also like the idea of getting vitamins from it, however, I'm still figuring out how much of my need for these vitamins it's actually filling and how much I should look to fulfil elsewhere. I've been using them in my 32oz water bottle, even though they suggest 20oz of water, and I really like it with the 32oz. Some people might like the flavor to be stronger though:)”
