“I have never been so disappointed in a product that I was really looking forward to trying. First, I know that water flavor is not “delicious” because I have used many of the options out there. BUT it is not suppose to taste AWfUL. And it was .I couldn’t even get through one glass of water. I purchased three different flavors, and they were all terrible. I am not that picky. I really wanted to like it. Lesson learned: NEVER purchase more that one package of any untested water flavor ever again. PS~ I am requesting a refund, but I guess that would depend on your customer service.

“While the taste of Waterdrops is great and encourages me to consume more water, I was highly disappointed with all their marketing about being "sustainable" and plastic friendly to open my first box and see that every individual drop is packaged in a hard plastic container. While they may participate in the plastic bank, I wish they would find another way to package their product that doesn't create more unrecyclable micro plastic. I'm not sure I would buy these again or recommend them to others for this reason.”
