“I'm not a huge fan of anything with açaí, and I was fully prepared to gag when I tried this. At first, the flavor was not my favorite, but I actually find this one to be pretty pleasant. It is a little reminiscent of a grape flavor to me, but without that artificial overtone. This one has grown on me.
As stated in my other reviews, these tablets dissolve well and quickly, leaving behind no residue. The flavors do not taste artificial in the least! I find this to be a lovely addition to my water, especially first thing in the morning when plain water can be a little harsh for my stomach. I have found that the tablets dissolve completely within about 1 minute, and I enjoy them in about 12 oz of water to have a bit more flavor. My only qualm is that the cost is roughly $1 per serving, which is something I would be more excited about if it gave me a full daily dose of vitamin.”
“I've tried all 4 flavors of Waterdrop. So far Boost is my least favorite. To me, the flavor has a pretty strong flowery overtone. I assume that would be from the elderflower. Either way, the flower flavor is stronger than the current and acai flavors. If you're a fan of flowery flavors though this might be right up your alley. Also, note, all the drops do take a LONG time to dissolve in a bottle of water. I've tried shaking for 30+seconds at a time and letting the bottle sit for a bit. If the water is cold it is possible to wait several minutes for the tab to fully dissolve. I had room temperature water one day and it did dissolve quicker, but I prefer cold water.”
“So far I have tried all the flavors, really love boost! I like that these drinks are not too sweet and just the right amount of tart. I like that there are vitamins as well. These are so nifty for carrying in my purse. I'm usually really good at drinking water bit even more so with these.”
“This is my mid-morning go-to drink. Such a light flavor. I add to 32 oz, and it gives my water just enough flavor to make it interesting, so I drink more through the day! And no artificial sweetener flavor, which is so great!”
“I was super excited to try these but am sadly disappointed in boost.
Pros - packaging is super cute
Cons - Drops take a while to dissolve. I didn’t time it but was close to 5 min. I knew there would be a wait but wasn’t expecting it to be that long.
Smells like air freshener. Tastes like ... water with a tinge of something but that something is not good. Water was still drinkable but I now have 11 water drops I plan to toss.
Really wish they had had a sample/variety box with a couple drops of each flavor so you could try them and then order what you like - think there would be a lot less waste.”
