“I love peach. I'm not a ginger fan but my husband is, so I bought this flavor thinking if I couldn't handle the ginger, I'd give it to him however it's perfect! The flavors in Youth are VERY well balanced. I suffer from GERD and sometimes that means I get upset stomachs. I realized that the ginger in this really helps, so this is my go-to for that, but I love it just for drinking, too. I haven't tried Boost or Zen yet (they are on the way now), but this is my second favorite flavor, almost tied with Youth!”
