“Very good-I really can feel it calming me down. When I feel like I have had a very frustrating or stressful morning, I will drop one of these cubes in water before lunch and I feel *centered* again. Maybe it's just a "mind thing" but I do enjoy the calming flavor and I know that it has made a difference for me.”
