“If I could leave zero stars, I would. After receiving a tracking number on June 21st (it is now July 12th), the tracking never updated from 'shipping label created.' Tomorrow will be three weeks since tracking was sent and I NEVER received my order. Emailing customer support was no help, either. They just confirmed I got a tracking number (yeah, I know; that wasn't the issue I was emailing you about--A+ reading comprehension), didn't reply at all to my emails (several times), told me to wait for the tracking to update (it's been nearly three weeks now when delivery is promised in three to four DAYS), promised to investigate and email me several days later (which never happened). The cherry on top? This was supposed to be my very first order and I was super excited to try Waterdrop. Now? I block their ads when they pop up and I've asked for a refund (let's see if -that- gets processed any faster than my order). Needless to say, I do not recommend the starter pack and I do not recommend this company.”
