“I wish these flavor cubes flavored a larger volume of water than they do. The recommendation on the website is one cube in 15-20oz of water. According to the Mayo Clinic women should drink 2-3 liters of water per day (67-101 oz) which means 3-5 cubes a day. The four packs are $13 which, for me, is too much to spend per day to keep up a flavored water habit. They taste great and they are a great idea, but for me personally, they are too expensive to use very often.”
