“I think I got a bad batch but didn’t know any better because it was my first order. Once I tried another flavor I realized there was definitely something amiss. The drops were no longer cubes but all hard crumbles and tasted absolutely awful. Customer service required a photo and information from the box in order to even consider replacing and I’m still waiting to hear back. Should be a no brained for them to send me a replacement.”
