“I was so excited to try the new Lemon Mint Microlyte flavor. I've enjoyed the grapefruit (and wish that would stay in stock regularly) and blueberry is ok, but lemon mint sounded right up my alley. Well, the flavor is as good as I had hoped- it's flavorful but subtle, not too sweet, and nicely balanced. However, the cube disintegrates but doesn't really dissolve, and most of the poweder sits on the bottom of the glass. I stir it with a spoon before taking a sip, but it settles back to the bottom again. The only reasonable way to drink this one is in a water bottle, so you can shake it before every sip. Otherwise the drink mostly tastes like water until you get to the very bottom, and then you get intense flavor and coating of the powder on your tongue. I'm still giving this 4 stars because I love the flavor and don't want Waterdrop to stop carrying it, but I'm hopeful they'll work on the formula so it dissolves better.”
